- Meeting Instructions
Location: McDonald’s D’mall (Main Road Entrance, Station 2). Time: Please arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Identification: Look for our coordinator in the official company uniform or holding a tour signage for verification.
- Child Policy
Children aged 4 years old and below are Free of Charge (FOC). Remark Required: If you are traveling with FOC children, please ensure you have noted the total count in your booking remarks to ensure proper vehicle seating and lunch arrangements.
- Lunch Set-up
A curated island-style lunch is included in your package. Dietary Needs: If any member of your group has specific food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- What to Bring
Swimwear (to be worn under your clothes for the Kawa bath). A towel and a change of clothes. Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen). Your booking voucher (digital or printed).
Important Booking Information
REMINDERS:
- Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Infant and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
- Children 4 years old and below are Free of Charge (FOC). For safety and transport coordination, please specify the number of accompanying children in the "Remarks" section of your booking.
- Even if the child is FOC, they must be included in the headcount to ensure the van’s legal seating capacity and maintain comfort for all passengers.
- Whether you are a couple or a large family, the van is reserved exclusively for your group to ensure comfort and flexibility.
- Extensions beyond 4 hours are subject to vehicle and driver availability, and an additional hourly rate must be settled directly with the staff/coordinator before the conclusion of the tour.
- Travelers with disabilities or mobility constraints are welcome; however, a designated member of the party must provide necessary physical assistance during transfers, sightseeing, and the Kawa Bath activity.
- Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a foldable wheelchair so we can ensure proper storage space in the vehicle.
- Dietary Needs: Inform us at least 24 hours in advance if any group member has specific food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Guests with mobility issues: Some landmark stops may require light walking on uneven or sandy terrain.
- Pregnant women: Due to high temperatures of the Kawa Bath and off-road travel, this activity may not be suitable.
