Know before you go
- Crystal Kayak Activity: Maximum weight allowed is 70 kg per person for safety reasons.
- Minimum requirement: 2 participants (pax) per booking.
- All participants must be over 15 years old. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- All guests are required to sign a liability waiver provided on-site by the local supplier before participating.
- This activity operates daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The final activity session departs promptly at 3:30 PM.
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
- In the event of a supplier cancellation, including cases of force majeure or bad weather, a full refund will be offered. Guests may optionally request to reschedule, but a full refund remains guaranteed if rescheduling is not preferred.
