- Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women
- Must be at least 15 years old and know how to drive.
- (2) Two travelers may share a single e-bike provided their total combined weight does not exceed 80 kg. For safety and vehicle performance, guests who exceed this limit together must ride individually.
- Traveler exceeding 100 kg are required to ride individually.
- Travelers with following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women and person with mobility impairment
- Driving guests are recommended to always wear safety helmet for protection during driving
- Guests must sign a waiver to be provided by the Supplier on-site prior to handing over the e-bike unit
- Guests must bring their KKday Voucher or a screenshot of the KKday Voucher, with their Valid ID to be presented to the Company Representative for verification
- Charges applicable if the E-Bike Unit was not returned on time; and charges must be settled by the guests directly to the Supplier
