In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 09:00). Notifications will then be sent via email.
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Epilepsy, Asthma, Pregnant women.
Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time.
Children 4 years old and below are free of charge for these tours.
For your protection, life jackets are provided for every guest and must be worn at all times during boat transit and while participating in water activities.
Our vessel is operated by a licensed captain and a safety-certified crew trained in first aid and water rescue to assist you throughout the journey.
Clear instructions will be provided before using the water slide, diving deck, or kayaks. Please follow the crew’s guidance to ensure a safe landing in the water.
Guests should be in good physical health. If you have a heart condition, back problems, or are pregnant, please consult with our staff before using the diving platform or water slide.
Our buffet is prepared fresh daily. Please inform our coordinators during check-in if you have any severe food allergies (especially seafood or nuts) so we can assist you during the meal.
All sea activities are subject to weather and sea conditions. In the event of a cancellation for safety reasons, we will assist you with rescheduling.
Morning Cruise Meeting Time is 8:00 to 8:15 AM and Sunset Cruise is 15:00 PM.
