- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the boat operator and staff.
- Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrival may result in shortened activity time or forfeiture of the booking.
- The activity is subject to weather, sea conditions, and operational safety. The operator may reschedule or cancel the activity when necessary.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is not liable for lost or damaged items.
- Participants must use the equipment responsibly. Damage caused by negligence or misuse may be charged to the guest.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances may be refused participation without refund.
- By joining the activity, guests agree to follow all safety rules and instructions of the operator.
- Maximum weight capacity per unit is 100 kg. Guests exceeding this limit will not be permitted to ride for safety reasons.
- Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women.
- One-way transportation is provided from the meeting point office (I Love Pilipinas Tours) to the activity area. Guests are responsible for their own return transportation
- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 09:00). Notifications will then be sent via email.
Not suitable for:
- Pregnant women
- People over 220 lbs (100 kg)
- People with back problems
- People with heart problems
- People with pre-existing medical conditions
- People with recent surgeries
- Drivers under 18 years
Know before you go
- Maximum weight limit per electric kart boat unit is 100 kg.
- Participants under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs will be refused service without a refund.
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled activity time.
- The activity is subject to sea and weather conditions. If the activity is cancelled by the authorities due to inclement weather, travelers may choose a full refund or reschedule.
