Touching, chasing, feeding, or disturbing the whale sharks is strictly prohibited.
- Guest Safety â Guests are required to attend the safety briefing and properly use the provided safety equipment. Children and guests with special needs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Transportation â Round-trip land and boat transfers are subject to operational conditions. Guests are responsible for being at the designated pick-up point on time.
