• Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrival may result in shortened activity time or forfeiture of the booking.
• The activity is subject to weather, sea conditions, and operational safety. The operator may reschedule or cancel the activity when necessary.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is not liable for lost or damaged items.
• Participants must use the equipment responsibly. Damage caused by negligence or misuse may be charged to the guest.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances may be refused participation without refund.
• By joining the activity, guests agree to follow all safety rules and instructions of the operator.
• Maximum weight capacity per unit is 100 kg. Guests exceeding this limit will not be permitted to ride for safety reasons.
• Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women.
• One-way transportation is provided from the meeting point office (I Love Pilipinas Tours) to the activity area. Guests are responsible for their own return transportation
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 09:00). Notifications will then be sent via email.

• The activity is subject to sea and weather conditions. If the activity is cancelled by the authorities due to inclement weather, travelers may choose a full refund or reschedule.
